Background


The African Youth Action Network (AYAN) is looking for a passionate and committed Field Coordinator to join our team in Kyaka II Refugee Settlement. This role is part of the PATHPRENEUR Project, which aims to improve the well-being of refugee families through early childhood development, livelihoods, and psychosocial support.


Key Information


Position: Field Coordinator


Location: Kyaka II (with travel to Kiryandongo and Rhino Camp)


Start Date: Immediate


Deadline: 20th April 2026


What You Will Do


Coordinate and implement AYAN programs in the field


Engage with refugee and host communities


Support and manage volunteers


Oversee field activities and logistics


Collect data and report on project progress


Work closely with partners and local leaders


Who Can Apply


We are looking for someone with:


A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field


Experience in community-based programs


Strong communication and teamwork skills


Passion for working with refugee communities
