Role Overview
The Food & Beverage Manager leads all culinary and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional quality, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service operations
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and service
- Control costs, inventory, and supplier relationships
- Develop menus and dining concepts aligned with luxury positioning
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Culinary Management
- Minimum 6 years' experience in Food & Beverage management within a luxury hotel environment
