The Food & Beverage Manager leads all culinary and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional quality, profitability, and guest satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities



  • Manage restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service operations

  • Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and service

  • Control costs, inventory, and supplier relationships

  • Develop menus and dining concepts aligned with luxury positioning


Qualifications & Experience



  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Culinary Management

  • Minimum 6 years' experience in Food & Beverage management within a luxury hotel environment

  • Cost control and inventory management

  • Guest experience excellence

  • Team leadership
