Role Summary:
Our client, a reputable educational institution with over 20 years of dedicated service, seeks to recruit competent and experienced Front Desk Officers/Secretaries. The Front Desk Officer/Secretary will manage front office operations, handle inquiries, provide administrative support, and ensure a professional and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front office and reception services.
- Handle inquiries, phone calls, and correspondence professionally.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to management and staff.
- Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and documentation.
- Coordinate office logistics, appointments, and meetings.
- Ensure a professional and welcoming environment for visitors, parents, and students.
- Support admissions and student registration processes.
- Assist with correspondence, typing, and document preparation.
- Manage office supplies and inventory.
- Support the school's communication and public relations efforts.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum of three (3) years' relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office management systems.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and professional skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
