Job Summary

To provide professional leadership, coordination, and oversight of all security, safety, and risk-related matters across the Group’s operations and properties. This role strengthens preventive security management, incident response, compliance, and stakeholder engagement in line with the Group’s expanding footprint and asset base.

Qualifications & Experience

• Mandatory: Former Police Officer (Ex-Uganda Police Force).


• Minimum Rank: Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) or above.


• Minimum of 8–10 years’ relevant experience in security operations, investigations, or risk management.


• Proven experience managing security for multiple sites and properties.


• Formal training in security management, criminology, risk management, or related field is an added advantage.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 96

Level of Education: bachelor degree
