Job Purpose


To oversee the daily operations of the guest house, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient management, guest satisfaction, and proper maintenance of facilities.


Key Duties and Responsibilities



  • Manage daily guest house operations.

  • Welcome guests and ensure a comfortable stay experience.

  • Supervise housekeeping and support staff.

  • Manage bookings, reservations, and guest records.

  • Monitor cleanliness, maintenance, and service standards.

  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.

  • Manage supplies, inventory, and operational expenses.

  • Prepare operational reports.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality standards.

  • Promote positive guest relations and customer satisfaction.


Qualifications and Experience



  • Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Previous experience in hotel, guest house, or hospitality management.

  • Experience supervising staff is an added advantage.
