Lead and coordinate laboratory services across Rocket Health sites, ensuring high-quality diagnostics, regulatory compliance, efficient operations, and growth of laboratory services.
Coordinate day-to-day laboratory operations across all hubs
Ensure compliance with NDA regulations, SOPs, and quality standards
Supervise and support Laboratory Leads at hub level
Improve turnaround times, service reliability, and utilisation
Identify opportunities to expand test offerings and grow laboratory revenue
Degree in Medical Laboratory Science / Technology
Valid professional practicing license
Minimum 3 years' laboratory experience (multi-site or supervisory exposure preferred)
Strong understanding of quality assurance and regulatory compliance
