Background

Liberty Insurance Uganda is welcoming applications for the Liberty Uganda Graduate Training Programme. We invite ambitious, high-potential graduates to apply for our 2026 Graduate Trainee Programme – an intensive 18-month development journey designed to transform talented young professionals into future industry leaders.

Qualifications or Requirements

Minimum Eligibility Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.


• Year of graduation: 2024, 2025, or 2026


• Minimum Second Class Upper (or equivalent).


• At least Credit (C) or above in Mathematics and English Language.

Experience Needed

Full time availability for the entire 18-month programme duration.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
