About the Role:
The Manager Partnerships will lead etranzact's partnership strategy in Uganda, identifying, negotiating and managing strategic alliances that unlock new opportunities, grow revenue and strengthen our market leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the partnership strategy aligned to business goals.
- Identify, evaluate and onboard high-value partners.
- Negotiate and close commercial agreements and strategic alliances.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term partner relationships.
- Drive partner performance and collaboration to achieve results.
- Support growth, innovation and market expansion initiatives.
Key Partners You Will Work With:
- Banks & Financial Institutions.
- Mobile Network Operators.
- Fintechs & Payment Service Providers.
- Merchants & E-commerce Platforms.
- Government Institutions.
- Development Partners & Other Stakeholders.
What We Are Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development or sales within fintech, payments, banking or telecom sectors.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable partnership and revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Deep understanding of the Ugandan and East African financial services ecosystem.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field (MBA is an advantage).
- Experience in the payments or fintech industry is highly preferred.

Etranzact Platform Ltd is licensed by Bank of Uganda as a Payment Service Provider (PSP) and Payment System Operator (PSO).
