Job Purpose


To provide comprehensive medical care, diagnosis, treatment, and clinical leadership while ensuring high-quality healthcare services are delivered in accordance with professional standards and organizational policies.


Key Duties and Responsibilities



  • Assess, diagnose, and manage patients presenting with various medical conditions.

  • Provide appropriate treatment, follow-up care, and referrals where necessary.

  • Conduct medical examinations and develop patient management plans.

  • Participate in ward rounds, clinical reviews, and emergency care services.

  • Maintain accurate and complete patient medical records.

  • Promote infection prevention and control practices.

  • Support clinical training and mentorship of healthcare students and junior staff.

  • Participate in health education and community outreach programs.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

  • Prepare clinical reports and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.


Qualifications and Experience



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine and Surgery from a recognized institution.

  • Registered with the relevant medical council.

  • Valid practicing license.

  • Previous clinical experience is an added advantage.

  • Strong clinical decision-making skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure.

  • Compassionate patient care approach.

  • Teamwork and leadership abilities.
