Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Supporting the effective and good quality implementation of partner projects.

  
  


• 
  

  Developing partner organizations' capacities when it comes to monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL).

  
  


• 
  

  Advising partner organizations regarding MEL-related aspects in the design and implementation of partner projects.

  
  

Qualifications and Experience

• 
  

  Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Social Science, Development Studies or related fields. A Master’s degree is an added advantage.

  
  


• 
  

  5 years of professional experience in designing and implementing monitoring and evaluation systems.

  
  


• 
  

  5 years of professional experience in donor or donor-funded development programmes.

  
  


• 
  

  2 years of experience of M&E-related capacity building targeting civil society organizations.

  
  


• 
  

  4 years of relevant work experience in Sudan. Proven knowledge of Sudan and its civil society.
