Job Summary:
To support sales and business development by preparing bids/tenders, managing client relationships, developing proposals, scheduling meetings, following up on leads, and coordinating sales activities to grow revenue and position the firm as a preferred HR solutions provider.

Key Requirements & Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
Experience: At least 2–4 years in sales administration, business development, or proposal writing.
Preferred: Experience in consulting or professional services.
Advantage: Experience preparing bids/tenders.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
