Background
Exquisite Solution Limited is seeking an experienced Sales Executive for a client in the manufacturing sector. This role supports the company’s sustainable growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, negotiating agreements, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell company products to retail and construction industry customers.
- Identify and develop new business leads and client accounts.
- Conduct market research and provide feedback on competitors, customer needs, and product performance.
- Manage customer inquiries by providing technical product information, quotations, and closing sales.
- Process customer orders and coordinate invoices and delivery with internal teams.
- Maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business and stock replenishment.
- Manage client accounts in line with approved credit limits and company policies.
- Follow up on payments through approved channels (cheques and EFT confirmations).
- Monitor sales performance against targets and prepare periodic sales reports.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and business forums, with availability to travel as required.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
- 2 years’ experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the paints industry.
- Self-driven, energetic professional with strong planning and negotiation skills.
- Ability to leverage product knowledge to advise customers and deliver effective solutions.
- Strong customer relationship management and negotiation capabilities.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse team and perform under pressure with minimal supervision.
