Description


EBC is hiring Sales Representative (10) responsible for promoting and selling assigned products within designated territories by engaging directly with retailers, wholesalers, and end users. The role involves product demonstrations, customer education, relationship management, order generation, and achieving assigned sales targets.


Key Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Conduct direct sales activities to retailers, wholesalers, and prospective customers within assigned territories.

  • Introduce and promote company products by explaining their features, benefits, and value proposition to customers.

  • Take customer orders and facilitate timely order processing and delivery.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and long-term loyalty.

  • Conduct regular customer visits and ensure effective route coverage within assigned areas.

  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback and provide relevant market intelligence.

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and performance objectives.

  • Maintain accurate sales records and submit required reports promptly.

  • Represent the company professionally and uphold its values during all customer interactions.


Qualifications, Skills and Experience:


Educational Requirements



  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 3 years


Additional Requirements



  • Previous experience in field marketing, or customer-facing roles is an added advantage.

  • Experience in FMCG or direct sales environments is desirable.

  • Strong negotiation and selling skills.

  • Excellent relationship management and communication abilities.

  • Good understanding of route-to-market principles.

  • Ability to explain products clearly and confidently.

  • Strong customer service orientation.

  • Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven.

  • Ability to work independently and manage field activities effectively
