Sales Representative

Company: Haven's Nutritional Supplements.

Location: Wandegaya, Kampala, Uganda

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Promote and sell nutritional supplements to gyms, individuals, and retail shops.


• Identify new sales opportunities in Kampala


• Educate customers on product benefits and safe usage


• Meet monthly sales targets


• Maintain strong customer relationships

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong communication and persuasion skills


• Self motivated and target driven


• Passion for fitness and healthy living

COMPENSATION

Base salary: UGX 500,000 per month

Commission on monthly sales:

• UGX 0 - 4,000,000 5%


• UGX 5,000,000 - 7,000,000 8%


• UGX 7,000,000+ 10%

Example Earnings:

If sales reach UGX 6,000,000:

• UGX 0 - 4,000,000 5%


• UGX 5,000,000 - 7,000,000 8%


• UGX 7,000,000+ 10%

Example UGX 680,000 month

Commission: UGX 480,000

Total Earnings: UGX 980,000

Work Hours: 8
