Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Marketing, science in accounting and finance, Business Administration, Business economics and management. Minimum of a Diploma in Marketing, Business administration and any other related field.


• At least 1 year’s relevant experience in the field of sales preferable in a microfinance institution.


• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills


• Proficiency in using sales software and MS office (Excel, word).


• Proficiency in English and Local Languages.
