Platinum Credit is a leading Regional Micro Finance Company providing emergency loans to employed individuals in Africa.


Job details:


The overall purpose of the role is to grow the team portfolio month after month by achieving set monthly sales targets, building strong teams, and driving market activities in the field.


Key duties/responsibilities:



  • Achieve monthly sales targets by leading and motivating your team.

  • Recruit and retain Sales Agents to build a strong, high performing workforce.

  • Carry out market activities in the field alongside Sales Agents to drive achievement of set targets.

  • Train and mentor Sales Agents to ensure compliance, efficiency, and success.

  • Prepare and share reports to track performance and inform decision making.

  • Develop portfolio quality strategies to maintain strong branch performance.

  • Enforce zero tolerance to fraud and uphold compliance standards.

  • Maintain customer satisfaction in line with the company’s service charter


Required Qualifications and Work Experience:



  • Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing or a business-related field from a recognized institution.

  • At least two years relevant work experience, one of which must be in a leadership position.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Strong planning, multitasking, and time management abilities.

  • Good computer skills
