Responsibilities or duties


As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for:



  • Leading and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.

  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies.

  • Monitoring team performance and providing regular feedback and coaching.

  • Ensuring excellent customer service and client satisfaction.

  • Recruiting and training new sales team members.

  • Managing sales pipelines and forecasting sales.


Qualifications or requirements


The ideal candidate will possess:



  • Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

  • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices.

  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.


Experience needed


A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team leadership role.
