True North is supporting URCS to fill the position of Secretary General.

Job Purpose:

The Secretary General (SG) is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of URCS and is accountable for providing visionary leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight to the National Society. The SG ensures URCS fulfils its humanitarian mandate in line with the URCS Constitution, Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement principles/policies, and national laws.

Reporting Line:

The SG reports to the Central Governing Board.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: postgraduate degree
