JOB DETAILS:

Job Purpose

To provide security services that protect the organization's staff, visitors, patients, property, and facilities while maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to the organization’s premises.


• Conduct security patrols and inspections.


• Protect organizational property and assets.


• Maintain security records and incident reports.


• Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies.


• Monitor visitors and ensure proper authorization before access.


• Support emergency response procedures.


• Report suspicious activities to management.


• Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum qualification of Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) or equivalent.


• Previous experience in security work is an added advantage.


• Security training certification is an added advantage.

Skills and Competencies

• Alertness and good observation skills.


• Integrity and reliability.


• Good communication skills.


• Ability to respond effectively during emergencies.


• Discipline and professionalism.
