Service Engineers

Qualifications:

• B.Sc. degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.


• Has a minimum of 2 years of experience in ISP, Telecom Engineering


• Good understanding of METRO, MPLS, HFC, GPON, and Satellite networks.


• CCNA / CCNP certification with practical application knowledge is an advantage.


• Call Centre experience as an Agent, Quality Analyst, or Supervisor is an added advantage
